Popular South African food outlet, Kauai, was turning 15 and by way of celebration wanted to take their brand mobile. Not only did we build Kauai’s mobile site, but we also created a Scratch and Win promotional campaign that encouraged point of sale customers to explore the new mobile site offering.
Through the four week campaign the instore competition incentivised mobile take up by offering the opportunity to win prizes, while the mobile site offered information on Kauai’s new range of winter items. A key part of the mobile site offering was a store locator service.
Users simply entered their location and the location of the store closest to them was retured. On entering their nearest store clients not only had the opportunity to sample Kauai’s popular range of health food, but also stood the change of winning complementary food items via the Scratch and Win promotion.
