Environ sought to create an interactive home for its brand in the digisphere, to keep customers up to date on the latest news, info and products, to provide easily accessible answers to beauty questions, to keep in closer contact with its client base, reward loyal customers and to encourage brand engagement. Utilising mobile and social channels to achieve these goals, we built an interactive mobile site which included the latest info at the touch of a button, readily available across all device types from feature phone to the latest tablet, due to the fully responsive nature of the technology platform.
Interaction was encouraged through competitions, birthday clubs, refer-a-friend, social media links and Questions sections, including video. Special offers, coupons and “Find your nearest supplier” options added to the purchase impetus, for users on the move. Due to the brand’s huge global client base, the site offered both a local and an international version. Closely aligned with the mobile site, ongoing social media management included integrated cross channel promotions in the virtual world, linking to print and digital advertising campaigns, as well as PR coverage around various brand ambassadors, events, and other real life promotions.
