Develop the revised look and feel of this leading medical health insurance provider’s website, and devise a user-journey across the site that presents the wealth of health insurance options in an easily accessible and appealing way.

Our first port of call was to update their existing website, and to upgrade the user experience for easy navigation on web and mobile.

Bonitas were determined to rise to the top of the medical insurance category and challenge the market leader for their share of the heart-and-mind-space of the market. To achieve this, we developed an interactive ‘plan finder tool’ that allows visitors to identify which insurance category they would fall into, matching their profile to a product that meets their needs.

We turned this potentially arduous and content-heavy task into a series of simple question-and-answer steps, with the system outputting the most suitable result at the end. A product comparison tool and essential product overview pages further enhanced the user experience.

The plan finder tool solution also worked well with the existing Bonitas CRM system, affording the sales team an opportunity to follow up on leads derived from the website.
