Taking on this project meant migrating all online services from the existing service provider, to our own platforms and management systems. In close collaboration with the client, our service delivery team set up parallel structures to ensure smooth transition within minimum time frame and with no discernible service interruption. Tasked with very stringent performance objectives in terms of leads generated through online advertising, our digital strategist and campaign management team set about reducing ad wastage and increasing ROI through targeted campaigns, making use of householder data, AB testing and lookalike targeting. With a concrete digital strategy honed on developing consumer intimacy, we implemented live social media monitoring and various web updates.
